Cyndi Stewart: The Making of an Energy Healer

How Cyndi’s Childhood Intuition Formed a Lifetime of Healing!

When the mind grows tired, many people look for answers through medicine, therapy, or endless advice. Yet a growing number still leave with the same feeling they arrived with, as though something deeper continues to ask for attention. What if healing begins in a place that words cannot always reach? Cyndi Stewart has spent her entire life searching for that answer, although her journey began long before she understood what energy healing meant.

As a child, Cyndi sensed the emotions of people around her with unusual clarity. Her mother was the first person to reveal that gift. Whenever something felt heavy within her mother, Cyndi could feel it too. Simply sitting beside her seemed to shift the atmosphere, creating space for healing and a fresh perspective. That awareness reached far beyond her family. Certain people brought a sense of peace, while others created a feeling of unease. Even within her circle of friends, she could recognise who acted with genuine kindness and who hid manipulation beneath a warm smile.

Looking back, she understands that such sensitivity came with its own price. Her mother lived with mental health challenges and deep insecurity, and Cyndi realised that much of her own energy naturally flowed towards supporting her. She often felt exhausted while other children still had energy to spare. At the time, she accepted it as part of everyday life. Years later, she realised she had already been practising energetic healing long before she found the language to describe it.

Life took another profound turn soon after high school when her closest friend received a diagnosis of colon cancer. Cyndi stayed beside her through her final moments and experienced something that changed her understanding of life forever. She saw her friend come to her during that passage, and the experience remained with her. Similar encounters followed with others, opening a doorway she neither feared nor wished to close.

Today, Cyndi draws from those deeply personal experiences to help people reconnect with themselves. Her work grows from a lifetime of intuition, compassion, and observation rather than theory alone. For her, energy has always spoken before words, and that belief now guides people towards a deeper sense of peace and understanding.

A Search for Greater Depth

For many professionals, success is measured through academic achievements or corporate milestones. For Cyndi, those experiences became stepping stones toward something far more personal.

She has always loved the discipline of academia, studying something deeply and then sharing it back from her own worldview. That process opened up curiosity in her. Corporate life gave her a different kind of satisfaction, a sense of accomplishment and, though she did not fully realize it at the time, a training ground for what she actually wanted to do.

Yet both worlds lived on the surface. Academia could go deep when something of real passion was found. Still, even then, it rarely reached the questions that mattered most to her: “Who we truly are, why we chose this life and this path, and how our challenges and shadows can become initiations rather than obstacles.” That was the depth she went searching for, and it eventually became the work she does today.

Healing Through Lived Experience

That search naturally evolved into her own healing journey, one that now determines the way she works with others. Rather than separating her personal experiences from her practice, she considers them the very foundation of it.

Her own journey was exactly what spearheaded her into this work, and it continues to guide the way she supports others. Most of her own healing started with the physiology, which is why it remains such a significant part of her offerings. She works with intuitives and sensitive souls to heal the physical body first, so they can better support their work in the higher realms.

To Cyndi, when the physical body is not balanced, working in those realms becomes more challenging, more exhausting, and more fatiguing. Through her own experience, she discovered the same pattern in many of her clients.

She also views her own unmet needs and unfinished business as initiations. In her experience, people often attract those who are walking through challenges they have already faced themselves. That understanding allows her to support others through that part of their journey, helping them make sense of why they feel as though “their soul is crying, or their soul is asking for healing.”

WHAT ANGELIC HEALING IS

A Familiar Place to Begin

Receiving recognition as one of the most influential angelic healers imitates years of personal exploration. For Cyndi, however, angelic healing begins with something remarkably simple: familiarity.

What first drew her to the angels was that they are common ground. Many traditions speak of angels, giving people a familiar place to begin. Most people also feel comfortable with angels. Even someone who does not resonate with the archangels will often speak about a guardian angel, or an animal or land spirit that appeared like an angel in their life. That shared warmth makes it easier to bring people together.

When she began connecting with them directly, what stood out most was the ease of the experience.

“I do not mean that the work is effortless. I mean the ease of their vibration, the gentleness of their presence, the simple awareness that they were near.”

That sense of ease inspired her to understand the angelic kingdom and the spiritual hierarchy more deeply, along with the role they play in supporting people throughout their journeys.

Experiencing Rather Than Believing

While many people are curious about angelic healing, Cyndi maintains that understanding comes through experience rather than explanation alone.

For someone experiencing it for the first time, she trusts the best introduction is through a guided process. With a guide or mentor present, people can ask for assistance in the moment while remaining open to the experience.

According to Cyndi, most people have already sensed their angelic guides in some form. The guided experience does not introduce something entirely foreign. Instead, it helps people recognize what has already been present.

Many begin by noticing symbols that carry personal meaning, such as street names, signs, songs they repeatedly hear, recurring numbers on their phone or computer, or reminders through feathers, flowers, or crystals. These experiences help people know and trust that the angels are there, responding whenever guidance or assistance is requested.

In her view, that is when angels move from being an idea into something a person has genuinely felt for themselves.

Beyond Misconceptions

As conversations around mystical wellness continue to grow, misconceptions often become part of the discussion. Cyndi sees the situation a little differently.

Rather than misconceptions, she sees the real gap as a lack of lived experience. As she mentioned earlier, angels are already familiar to many people, whether or not they have consciously worked with them. Unlike concepts such as the Akashic Records, the word angel rarely feels unfamiliar.

For her, the real question is how people choose to engage and interact with them.

“The angels are always here to support us, but they wait, patiently and peacefully and quietly, for us to ask. They engage once we ask for their help.”

One subject she occasionally encounters is the idea of dark or fallen angels. That, however, is not the space she works within.

She always connects first through the Akashic Records, which she describes as a container of unconditional love. Within that space, she does not work with dark or lower energies, a practice she says keeps the work safe, protected, and contained.

METHODOLOGY & ROOT CAUSE

Looking Beyond the Symptoms

Every healing journey begins with a question, yet Cyndi has found that lasting transformation rarely comes from addressing only what appears on the surface. Whether someone arrives with physical concerns, emotional struggles, or spiritual questions, she believes the real work begins when the deeper pattern reveals itself.

What she has noticed on almost every healing journey, whether someone starts with the physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual, is that people often receive an early insight that genuinely helps. But they only get so far because transformation moves in cycles. At some point, awareness circles back to the same situation. The circumstances may appear familiar, yet the perspective has changed, revealing the need to go deeper or move in a new direction.

She acknowledges that people can choose to stop after that first piece of information, and for some, that may be the right choice if going deeper is not part of their soul’s journey. However, everyone who finds their way to her wants to understand and connect the pieces. That shifts the work from treating a single symptom to moving through every aspect of the soul.

Where Every Modality Meets

Healing rarely follows a straight line. Instead, Cyndi has found that physical health, emotions, purpose, and energy often point back to the same underlying thread.

The different modalities she works with fit together beautifully because, in her experience, most people are carrying one interconnected underlying theme rather than several separate ones.

Someone might first come to her for physiological support through food and supplements, emotional release through the bioenergetic field, or guidance around purpose and their soul’s journey. Yet underneath those concerns, she almost always finds a connection between physical health challenges and the search for purpose, meaning, and mission.

“When one of those is missing, the other feels off,” she reflects, which is why they are often explored together.

Between those layers sits the energetic field, the ties people carry to other people, places, and experiences across this lifetime and, in her work, others as well. Emotions belong there too.

To her, emotions are data points, invitations to understand ourselves. While many describe them as wounds, she chooses a different word.

“I call them initiations.”

Whenever she encounters a raw emotional place, she sees it as unfinished business asking to be completed.

Much of what people wrestle with, she has observed, eventually leads back to identity. Through her own life, she realized how easily identity becomes attached to careers or parenting, the two themes she encounters most often. Even when purpose shines through those roles, they remain only one part of a much larger picture.

“Who we are as a soul, and why we came here, is the part that matters.”

Finding Peace Within

While every client brings a different story, certain moments continue to reinforce why this work matters.

One woman stands out; a client Cyndi calls Allison. She carried anxiety and frustration from her upbringing and had experienced a series of genuinely interesting careers that repeatedly came to an end. Although she had the happy marriage and family she had always wanted, a persistent sadness remained. She felt she was here to do something bigger but could never quite allow herself to receive what that was.

Through working together, Cyndi noticed that what often appears profound is usually a simple pattern running beneath someone’s entire life.

For Allison, that pattern lived inside one small word: peace.

She had spent her life keeping the peace. As the older sibling, she kept the peace for her brothers and sisters. She kept the peace within friendships, workplaces, and almost every environment she entered. People leaned on her because she was steady and capable. Eventually, keeping the peace became her identity.

The cost, however, was significant.

While she protected peace everywhere else, she allowed what Cyndi describes as a kind of war inside her own body, never extending that same peace to herself.

Together, they invited her guides and angels to help redirect that peace inward.

Since then, Allison has moved into a role she genuinely loves while also beginning contract work under her own business. The pattern she once used to hold everyone else together finally turned toward herself.

THE AKASHIC RECORDS

A Calling Which Began Early

Long before she formally studied the Akashic Records, Cyndi found herself fascinated by something she could not yet explain.

Since she was very young, long before her teenage years, she had been captivated by soul relationships. While many of her friends searched for the cutest mate, she was searching for a soul connection or soulmate. They often chuckled at her, yet even then she felt there was a connection that existed at the level of the soul.

Some friendships carried remarkable depth, while others simply filled time, and she could feel the difference. As the years passed, that awareness only became stronger. Certain people felt instantly familiar, almost like coming home.

As her intuitive development continued through different classes, mentors, and meditations, her stepbrother, Andrew, introduced her to the Akashic Records. Within a week or two, the person who had trained him happened to have a layover in Denver and was teaching a class there.

The timing felt too synchronistic to ignore.

She knew she was meant to attend.

That class, nearly 20 years ago, became the beginning of a journey she has continued ever since, learning from different teachers and mentors while deepening the practice through lived experience above all else.

Patterns Keeps Returning

For Cyndi, the Akashic Records offer more than spiritual insight. They provide context for the recurring patterns people experience throughout their lives.

She has found that understanding past lives can become one of the most empowering ways to understand the present, including challenges, karmic loops, limiting beliefs, and the deeper lessons the soul continues to revisit.

Although the idea can sound overwhelming, she believes it usually points back to something people have already recognized within their own lives. Too often, however, they search for quick fixes instead of moving through the pattern itself.

She offers the example of someone who repeatedly finds themselves working under difficult managers. The immediate response may be to change departments or find another job, and she explains that is completely reasonable if the situation has become too depleting.

The deeper question, however, is different.

“It is not that every manager exists to make you miserable.”

Instead, the Records invite people to examine how they relate to authority, how they respond to perceived power, what makes them feel empowered or disempowered, and how they avoid losing themselves in those relationships.

She has also found that whenever a past life appears during a session, it always relates directly to what the person is experiencing in the present. Different lifetimes may emerge in different sessions, while the same lifetime can return later, offering deeper understanding as the journey unfolds.

9 Months Changed Everything

Some transformations unfold over years. Others begin within a surprisingly short chapter of life.

One client Cyndi refers to as Faith came to her after an intense relationship that ended abruptly. Like many people, her first question was, “What did I do wrong?”

That moment opened the door to a much broader understanding of soulmates.

Most people, Cyndi has found, grow up believing they have only one soulmate. Through the Akashic Records, however, she has come to believe that people experience many soulmates, and those connections are not always romantic, although they often can be.

Faith’s relationship lasted only about 9 months, yet it shifted the course of her life.

Before meeting him, she had spent years looking outward, watching everyone else’s journey and measuring herself against it. That relationship became the catalyst that finally led her inward, prompting her to ask who she truly was and what she genuinely wanted from both her life and her career.

After the relationship ended, she accepted a job in another state, built a career she loved, and eventually met the man she married and started a family with.

Looking back, Cyndi feels that if those 9 months had never happened, Faith might have remained exactly where she was, comfortable yet observing everyone else’s life instead of stepping fully into her own.

ANGEL ALCHEMY & ACADEMIC ROOTS

The Alchemy of Inner Transformation

After years of working with the Akashic Records and angelic guidance, Cyndi’s practice naturally expanded into what she now calls Angel Alchemy. For her, the concept goes far beyond spiritual symbolism. It is about becoming clear, taking action, and allowing transformation to unfold.

Working with angels has made her better at asking, and before that, at getting clear. Clear without ego about what she is truly seeking, how she wants to show up, and what her most authentic voice and approach really are.

She has found out that when people work with angels, they ask for guidance and for what they need. Through years of training, however, she realized how many people never ask for what they want, and often are not even clear enough to set the intention in the first place.

That clarity matters because, in her experience, the angels are deeply loving, and their guidance reaches far beyond finding a good parking spot. While she acknowledges that as “a nice perk,” the work she helps people with is far greater than that.

She uses the word alchemy throughout her business because, at its heart, it means transformation.

“Alchemy is the art of turning lead into gold, but there is always an action involved in that turning.”

To her, Angel Alchemy is about coming home to who people truly are and what they genuinely want, while feeling safe and secure in that place. It begins with gaining clarity, allowing life to unfold, trusting that the outcome may not look exactly as imagined but will ultimately serve their highest interest, and then taking action.

“That whole arc, the clarity, the trust, and the action, is the alchemy.”

Angel Alchemy combines that inner work with the support of angels and, as practitioners deepen their training, with ascended masters and celestial beings such as unicorns and dragons through their vibrational sound frequencies.

In her experience, the human body naturally responds to sound, particularly the sounds of nature. Those frequencies become another way of working alongside angels and light beings. The practice also extends into practitioner training, where people learn not only to deepen their own transformation but also to bring these connections into their work with others, whether strengthening an existing practice or beginning a new one.

Where Academia Meets Spirituality

Although her work today is rooted in spirituality, Cyndi credits much of her approach to the years she spent in academia, leadership development, and organizational learning. Rather than leaving that experience behind, she continues to draw from it every day.

Her PhD and years in leadership development and organizational learning taught her more than she can name. Above everything else, they taught her to lead through presence and authenticity rather than ego.

She is careful to clarify that wanting things in life is not ego.

“I want to be clear that there is nothing wrong with wanting things in life.”

To her, ego appears when people expect others to do things exactly their way or become attached to specific outcomes. That expectation, she believes, pulls people away from their spiritual path.

She also sees a significant difference between corporate leadership and building a spiritual practice.

Within an organization, the structure already exists. The boundaries, expectations, and definition of success are established, and the responsibility is to work within them.

Building a business of her own required something entirely different.

She had to create the structure, define the approach, establish the guardrails, and then offer insight, support, inspiration, and action to others. Translating that into spiritual work, she admits, is genuinely challenging, which is why she writes about it so often.

Leadership in the workplace, she has observed, often rewards the loudest voice in the room, the person standing at the front making sure their contributions are visible.

Leadership in spiritual work asks for something entirely different.

“It is collaborative, inspirational, and humble.”

For her, it begins with doing the work on herself before creating a path others can recognize within their own lives.

She credits much of her academic background with helping bridge what many people see as two separate worlds. Rather than treating spirituality and practical life as opposing realities, she sees them constantly overlapping.

That perspective formed the way she approached intuitive development.

Before immersing herself in spiritual practice, she explored the research and literature surrounding intuition, energy, and consciousness. She wanted to understand where intuition comes from, how energy works, and the theory behind it before connecting those ideas with the quantum field, the Akasha, and the light beings she now works with.

WISDOM, GROWTH & LEGACY

Finding the Way Back Within

Periods of spiritual disconnection often leave people wondering whether they have lost something. Cyndi sees those moments differently.

Her first response is simple.

“Congratulations.”

Expressing that feeling, she believes, is already an act of awareness, and awareness itself forms part of the alchemy.

She describes life as moving through cycles of wisdom. There are seasons when everything feels clear, followed by experiences that seem to shake that certainty. Sometimes another person’s actions affect that connection so deeply that it feels as though intuition has disappeared altogether.

To her, however, that disconnection is actually an invitation.

It asks people to go inward, to explore what they are moving through, and to understand what it means for this stage of their lives.

That, she points out, is the alchemy at work.

Her advice is to embrace those seasons rather than resist them.

“It happens to everyone.”

She encourages people to step away from trying for a few days because intuition is neither a push nor a pull.

“It is an ease and a presence.”

When people stop forcing the experience and simply allow themselves to go inward, she has found that intuition often returns even more expansive than before.

For those who feel they need structure, she also encourages training. She herself completed numerous Akashic Records programs before developing her own methodology, followed by years of study within the angelic and etheric realms.

Everything she learned, she reflects, became part of her own journey.

Ancient Wisdom in Modern Life

Modern life rarely slows down. Between constant responsibilities, endless information, and the pressure to keep moving, Cyndi believes people have gradually forgotten something ancient traditions understood well.

Once again, she returns to the idea of alchemy.

Society has become deeply devoted to constant activity. Even reading books, listening to podcasts, or practising spirituality often becomes another task to complete. In her view, that mindset feeds stress rather than easing it.

Ancient spiritual traditions made space for contemplation.

They gave people time to sit with themselves, to tend to grief, unmet needs, wounds, or shadows, whatever language felt most meaningful, instead of pushing those experiences aside.

The same perspective shapes the way she views emotional triggers.

While the word has become common today, she does not immediately see a trigger as something negative, even though she acknowledges it can be genuinely upsetting.

Instead, she sees it as a signal.

Something is raw.

Something is sore.

Something is asking for attention.

She may not always be able to tend to it immediately, but when the time is right, she sees those moments as opportunities for deeper understanding and expansion.

For her, that is ancient wisdom in practice, strengthened through connection with the Akasha, spiritual guides, and the willingness to ask for their support.

Always a Learner

Even after decades of study and practice, Cyndi still considers herself a seeker.

Her own journey, which continues to support others, remains one of the greatest reasons she keeps growing. Alongside that sits an ongoing hunger to learn.

Many of the experiences that push her forward are her own challenges because, as she sees it, she must move through them herself to continue supporting others.

Those are the shadows and unfinished pieces she spoke about earlier.

Whenever something difficult appears, she has come to see it as an initiation into another cycle of wisdom, carrying her towards the next place she is meant to reach.

Working alongside others deepens that growth even further.

She cares deeply about supporting people on their own journeys because she knows how profoundly her own life changed through the path of her soul.

Her hope is that others experience that same transformation.

She believes every healing journey contributes something larger.

“All of our healing journeys add to the vibration and the love on this planet, which is so needed right now, more than ever.”

Purpose is a Journey

When people begin searching for purpose, healing, or inner peace, they often expect to find a single answer. To Cyndi, the search itself is part of the answer.

She appreciates the word searching because it reflects something ongoing rather than a one-time event.

In her view, much of what people are doing today is what they have been preparing for throughout this lifetime and, according to Cyndi, many others. The deeper meaning unfolds by turning inward and continuing the work of healing throughout life.

That, she believes, is largely why people chose to incarnate here now.

To understand love.

And they come to understand love through experiences of healing on every level.

Often, the most difficult healing arrives through relationships, which is why so many people carry emotionally charged stories within them.

Yet to Cyndi, that is precisely where transformation lives.

It is also what ultimately leads people toward purpose, inner peace, and love.

The Legacy Cyndi Hopes to Leave

Looking back on her own life, Cyndi remembers believing she had no intuitive gifts at all. Today, that memory has become one of the strongest messages she shares with others.

She has spent much of her life understanding how to access intuition, a journey that ultimately opened the Akashic Records and, from there, her connection with light beings.

For much of that journey, she genuinely believed she had no gifts and no meaningful connection with intuition.

Through experience, training, and consistent action, that belief slowly changed.

She realized intuition was never something passive.

It required participation.

Like many people, she may have begun with one or two natural abilities, but the others developed through practice and became easier than she had expected once she expanded through training and lived experience.

That is the message she hopes to leave behind.

It is also why she offers introductory classes in Intuitive Development and the Akashic Records.

She wants every sentient being who desires that connection to know it is available to them.

If someone feels disconnected or feels their inner knowing has faded, she encourages them to see it as another cycle rather than the end of the journey.

“Your access will be there for you.”
